Role Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Content Manager with strong skills in visual design, editing, curation, creation and copywriting. The Marketing Content Manager will be responsible for creating engaging content, conducting market research and defining a strategy to grow all relevant marketing channels. This person must work independently and will grow on to lead all things marketing for Revenue Squared.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:

Objective: growing our marketing channels (Linkedin, Substack, YouTube, TikTok).
Produce inspirational and educational pieces of content, to be delivered across a range of marketing channels and formats (visualizations, videos and audio).
Own, create and optimize content distribution calendar.

Market Research and Insights:

Find and summarize reports, market intelligence, and category insights - transforming them into digestible and insightful pieces of content across our marketing channels.
Create content marketing assets with the team, such as playbooks, keynotes, blogs, and case studies for Linkedin, Substack and Youtube.
Gather data and trends to create branded and useful information for our community.

Qualifications:

Exceptional organization and project management skills
A “getting things done” attitude, an organized and structured method
Proven experience in Marketing / Content Creation, ideally in tech/sales/marketing.
Experience with social media platforms and viral content strategies (LinkedIn, Newsletter, YouTube, Podcast distribution platforms).
Strong skills in copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
Research skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Proactive and able to work independently.
