Responsibilities

We're looking for a Community Manager Intern to help manage our community of retail and e-commerce leaders. This part-time internship is an excellent opportunity for both students and individuals aiming to kickstart their careers in the retail, e-commerce, fashion, or related industries.

> Community Engagement:

Handle daily interactions within our community channels, ensuring active and meaningful participation.
Monitor and moderate discussions to maintain a respectful and productive environment.
Create weekly content following our guidelines, engage with community leaders, and share recent data trends on Leader preferences.

> Channels and Content Management:

Manage introductory posts when new users join, encouraging an open and engaging community atmosphere.
Collaborate on channels to post and discuss content from our podcasts and surveys.
Participate in various discussions ranging from macroeconomic factors to new technologies and leadership styles.

You Are Someone Who:

Is passionate about retail and e-commerce, eager to gain experience and build a robust network in these industries.
Aims to advance to a corporate role in sectors like retail, e-commerce, fashion, or related areas.
Actively participates on social media and forums. Please share examples of your past engagements.
Understands the dynamics in retail and e-commerce deeply.
Communicates exceptionally well, both in writing and verbally.
