Your Practice Managers has over 25-years of remote labor and medical management experience. We provide and optimize workflows to fit your individual needs, enhance the virtual patient engagement experience, and add many more patient appointments to your schedule per day.

The ideal candidate also has aptitude in the following:

Displays strong articulate written and verbal skills
Maintains professional etiquette with a friendly, open demeanor, and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Required Qualification(s):

High school diploma or GED
Customer Service Background

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in medical front office position performing duties such as scheduling appointments, checking patients in/out, insurance verification, collecting co-pays, and maintaining medical records
Bilingual – Spanish

Essential Job Functions:

Make an intake and/or outbound calls to patient
Obtain accurate and updated patient information, such as name, address, insurance information
Perform insurance verification
Confirms and schedule appointments
Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously
Collects co-pays or outstanding balances on the date of service
Perform referral documentation promptly
Performs certain follow-up services for patients in a prompt and courteous manner, such as scheduling specialist appointments, scheduling follow-up appointments and obtaining copies lab results or specialist reports
Keep well-informed on current medical requirements relevant to their position, which includes maintaining patient confidentiality and abiding by all HIPAA and OSHA requirements
