Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in the field of machine learning, including team leadership experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working in startups or fast-growing companies is a plus.
Ability to work in an uncertain environment and solve complex problems.
Experience in implementing machine learning solutions in real products and processes.
While specific technological stacks are not a requirement, the ability to work without borders and adopt various technologies is essential.
