Your Job Opportunity:

EVPassport is seeking a creative and driven Graphic Designer to join our team in Boston. As the Graphic Designer, you’ll report into the Senior Director of Corporate Marketing & Communications and play a pivotal role in shaping our visual identity by bringing our story to life across various platforms. We’re looking for a highly creative and resourceful Graphic Designer who thrives in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments and can translate complex ideas into compelling visuals and/or collateral - all while adhering to tight deadlines. You Will:

Develop and execute visually compelling designs for digital and print media, including our website, social media, presentations, and marketing collateral
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Designers, the CTO and other cross-functional team members to ensure cohesive brand representation across all touchpoints
Create content for social (LinkedIn, Instagram)
Create various graphics and materials for Sales (decks, templates)
Drive the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and business objectives
Continuously explore and advocate for design concepts and techniques to keep our visual content fresh and engaging
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing creative excellence with timely delivery in a fast-paced environment

You Have:

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in web design, typography, layout composition, and color theory
A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience working in fast-paced environments where deadlines are crucial
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requests
A keen eye for detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clean, impactful designs

Salary: $70,000-$85,000 | Placement within this base salary range depends upon several factors, including prior relevant job experience and skill set.
