Business Analyst - $55-$57/hr.

San Diego Area

Contract – indefinite length (long-term) - work remotely within 2 hours of the City of San Diego

Seeking 5-10 years’ experience in the software delivery industry, preferably with added contracting and RFP skill set.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Will need to be analytical, organized and motivated to deliver accurate timely results and associated reports for the business.
Will assist the Delivery Managers responsible for operational support and work in a high paced and dynamic environment.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for Application Development Requirements Gathering, working with the client and Company Developers to complete the Application Design Documentation, and assistance with the overall success of a project.
As a Business Analyst, you will work directly with our clients to translate business requirements into technical specifications working with the Company Developers, to prepare design documentation to accomplish the expected results.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

Familiarity and experience with Requirements Traceability Matrix creation and management

Experience with the creation of training manuals/user guides

Experience in business process workflow documentation

Strong knowledge of software application development lifecycle

We need them to have 5 years of experience.

Familiarity with the Accela application a plus

Experience in public sector a plus
