Our client, a leading manufacturer and innovator in sustainable solutions, is seeking a motivated and skilled Data Engineer to join their team in York, SC. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digitalization and data analytics, supporting the business by transforming raw data into accessible, valuable data products through cutting-edge solutions. This role will work cross-functionally, focusing on automation and process improvements to enhance data availability and security.

Projects You'll Work On

Design, build, and optimize data pipelines for analytics, ensuring that data is secure, accessible, and supports business decision-making.
Collaborate with various teams to identify and resolve data-related issues, enhancing business efficiency through automated solutions.
Lead digitalization and automation projects, leveraging global standards and best practices.
Support regional initiatives as the Key User for the Americas, driving data and analytics strategy across the region.

What Experience You Should Bring

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer, particularly in enterprise settings.
Proficiency with modern data tools and platforms, including MS SQL, Python, Spark, Azure Synapse, Fabric, and PowerBI.
Proven ability to manage and support multiple projects concurrently.
Familiarity with data sources and processes in a manufacturing environment (e.g., ERP, CMMS, HSE, CRM, HCM, MES).
Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.
