We're looking for a passionate AI Lead to join our team. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing AI technologies within Soopra.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and implementation of AI technologies.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategy and roadmap.

3. Develop and maintain AI models for Soopra's AI personas.

4. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of AI models.

5. Identify and resolve AI performance issues.

6. Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies.

7. Drive AI innovation strategy to keep Soopra at the forefront of the AI industry.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an AI Lead or similar role.

2. Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, and deep learning.

3. Experience with AI frameworks and libraries.

4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

5. Strong leadership and project management skills.

6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
