Job Description

FSI is seeking a motivated and results oriented Graphic Design & Marketing Associate to manage internal and external graphic design, web development, communication and marketing projects. The position includes options for a remote work model as well as flex scheduling.

Essential Job Functions

As part of a lean team, the Graphic Design & Marketing Associate will be required to wear a lot of hats in supporting FSI’s growth which, for the right candidate, will provide an excellent opportunity for upward mobility within the firm. Key responsibilities include:

Use Adobe digital design software (Photoshop & InDesign) to create unique and customized, creative designs tailored for FSI and FSI’s clients including print, digital, and web
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels
Assist with FSI and client content creation, including blog posts, articles, and case studies
Support client social media, web development and communication campaigns
Determine appropriate messaging for graphic design pieces
Lead the design of client Annual Sustainability/ESG/CSR reports, including copyediting narratives and working closely with the report FSI consulting team
Perform QA design reviews for design professionalism with no errors
Manage, update, and continually enhance FSI’s website and blog
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, and ROI
Support client social media, web development and communication campaigns
Follow company policies, practices, and processes
Perform other duties as needed and assigned

Essential Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

High attention to detail
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Proven track record of developing client specific design collateral
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience creating professional visual mediums with deep knowledge of computer design software programs
Experience handling multiple, demanding, and complex tasks in a timely manner with accurate results
Excellent communication skills, verbal and writing
Fluency in Adobe InDesign Software and Photoshop Software
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience

1 – 5 years of work experience in professional services and/or a consulting environment
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Marketing and/or Graphic Design or related field (3.5 or higher GPA with transcript verification)

Compensation

The compensation package for this full time position includes a $60,000 base salary and an annual discretionary bonus subject to the achievement of personal and Company KPIs.
