Location: South San Francisco Bay Area

Base Salary: $160K to $220K + Equity

What you’ll do:

Own the innovative customer zero program from 0-1, including reporting, tracking, and KPI determination to ensure program success.
Utilize your technical expertise to develop compelling use cases and create REST APIs, SaaS integrations, and enterprise automation tools.
Work cross-functionally to collaborate with diverse business units and translate them into actionable use cases.
Identify and prioritize Customer Zero use cases across various business functions.
Create external-facing content that highlights the innovative scenarios developed internally, showcasing our product's capabilities and inspiring customers.

Preferred Background:

6+ years of experience as a program or project manager
4+ years of hands-on experience creating REST APIs, SaaS integrations, or enterprise automation tools (like RPA)
Experience designing and developing APIs focused on usability, scalability, and innovation.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects with multiple dependencies and constraints
