**Role Overview:**

As a Staff Front-End Engineer, you will be a crucial part of our engineering team, helping to drive the development of our web application. You will work closely with designers and backend engineers to build and optimize user interfaces that are as beautiful as they are functional. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing the user experience, ensuring performance and accessibility across our platform.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop, maintain, and optimize our web application using React and TypeScript.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly and responsive UI components.

- Ensure the platform is accessible, scalable, and performs seamlessly across devices.

- Contribute to architectural decisions, helping shape the future of our front-end infrastructure.

- Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews to uphold high coding standards.

**Qualifications:**

- 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React and TypeScript.

- Deep understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.

- Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries, and familiarity with state management (e.g., Redux).

- Proven track record of building responsive and accessible web applications.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills.

**Nice-to-Have:**

- Experience with server-side rendering, Webpack, or similar tools.

- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

- Understanding of performance optimization techniques.
