This position creates graphic-related work and digital assets for the company. Design work may include flyers/brochures, newspaper advertising, website content, direct mail pieces, brand campaigns, catalogs, flyers, social media assets/reels and other promotional and presentation materials. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by designing visually appealing graphics and curating compelling content.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Essential Job Functions)

Develop and execute creative concepts for a variety of print and digital marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, email campaigns, and website visuals
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure designs are fresh, innovative, and competitive.
Create and edit engaging video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Capcut, tailored for different platforms and audiences.
Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels.
Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and deliver high-quality design solutions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Utilize advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut, Tap Bio, and social media applications to create and optimize designs for various media.
Continuously seek out and propose new design techniques, tools, and technologies to improve the creative process and outcomes.

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
A solid working knowledge of the latest versions of Microsoft office Suite- Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.-
Ability to create marketing videos and animations for social media (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cap Cut, or other modern video editing programs
Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills with an eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
Demonstrates the initiative to work and learn independently and proactively contribute to the company goals
Accepts constructive criticism in a positive manner and uses it as a learning tool.
Ability to articulate and present creative ideas
Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail
Self-motivated, organized
Must have strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Excel in Designing layouts with a great sense of typography and composition
Clear verbal and written communication; and presentation skills
Deep understanding of current design, social media, and technology trends, and the ability to integrate them into creative work.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design

Experience:

Three plus years of experience as a graphic designer on a variety of media including print, digital, and video.
