Position: Office Manager at the LSG office in Tysons, Virginia.

LSG Landscape Architecture, Inc., an award-winning landscape architectural firm established in 1985, and headquartered in Tysons, Virginia.

LSG Landscape Architecture is an established studio of landscape architects and designers [please see the company’s website at https://www.lsginc.com]. We are looking for someone who can wear multiple hats to support a business operation of 9~10 employees. This role will include providing administrative support, assisting HR, Marketing, accounting, IT and taking on special projects as applicable.

SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:

The successful applicant will demonstrate proficiency in the following areas of practice:

8~10 years of experience in an office services role. AEC experience is a plus but not required.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Experience with equipment (computer, printers, etc.).
Experience with bookkeeping a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Deltek is a plus.
Communication skills. correspondence, and standard reception.
Experience organizing and planning team-building events.
Proactive in identifying and resolving facility-related issues.
Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks.
Ability to work on concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality or accuracy.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Perform all administrative duties associated with the management of a small office.
Provide onboarding, and other HR support (timesheets, compliance, benefits, etc.).
Maintain firm accounts, certifications and licensure.
Coordinate with building management.
Coordinates with outside IT.
Support outside accounting services, with payroll, account payable, banking and vendors.
Support principals’ marketing and proposal efforts.
Support and update office policies, operations, and procedures.
Provide special administrative support to the principals as necessary.
