We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to spearhead our Microsoft Azure and Power Platform Solutions, with a focus on Intelligent Document Processing, MLOps, and emerging Intelligent Automation technologies.

Opportunity:

As the Lead Cloud Consultant (Azure), you will:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans for Microsoft Azure and Power Platform services, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs. Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver impactful solutions in Intelligent Document Processing, MLOps, and Intelligent Automation.
Design & Architecture: Oversee the design and architecture of scalable, secure solutions using Microsoft Azure and Power Platform technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, incorporating best practices for cloud architecture, security, and compliance.
Project Management: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, employing Agile methodologies to ensure timely and successful delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and execution of projects.
Development & Testing: Lead Agile development teams through the iterative design, development, and testing of solutions. Implement and oversee testing strategies to ensure quality and performance.
Solutioning & Quality Assurance: Drive solutioning efforts by identifying the best technologies and approaches for client needs. Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes, and monitor the performance of delivered solutions to recommend enhancements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
7-10 years of experience in cloud computing with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure and Power Platform services.
Expertise in Intelligent Document Processing, MLOps, and Intelligent Automation technologies.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure DevOps, Logic Apps, Functions, Data Factory) and Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

Microsoft Azure and Power Platform certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Power Platform Solution Architect).
Experience in Intelligent Automation, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI-driven automation.
Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.
Experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
