Aquanow is a digital asset infrastructure and liquidity provider to global institutional clients. We are currently looking for a full time Delivery Manager to join our team on a hybrid basis out of our Downtown Toronto office.

As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of strategic projects, varying initiatives, client change requests, and technical implementations. You will collaborate with stakeholders, end-users, solution design, product owners and implementation teams to ensure system solutions and product delivery meet requirements and timelines.

What You'll Do:

Oversee the delivery of multiple projects of varying sizes from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and successful completion
Ensure projects are aligned with the organization's strategic goals and objectives
Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to management and sales teams
Track and manage the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients
Identify and assess new change requests from clients, evaluate impact, and prioritize implementation
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
Collaborate with business, sales, operations, marketing
Contribute to the solution design
Conduct regular project meetings with clients to provide updates and address any concerns
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests

You'll Need to Have:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
Proven experience as a Delivery Manager (minimum 5 years) in the financial technology industry, especially in trading services and software solutions
Industry experience: commercial banking, retail markets, capital markets, digital assets, etc.
Demonstrated experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies
Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
Experience with client onboarding processes and change management
A good understanding of financial markets, trading services, and related software solutions
Knowledge of blockchain technology and/or experience working with digital asset projects
