General Requirements:

-US Based (there is no room for negotiation here, sorry to my friends outside the US - this is a client requirement)

-2+ years as a Virtual Assistant (this does not include time/years as an in-office assistant; as the role of VA varies significantly)

-Must be systems-minded with an overall desire to help an organization stay streamlined and efficient

-Willingness to work long-term for a client (as long as they are a good fit)

-Not working a full-time role currently, and daytime availability between 9am-5pm (in a US timezone)

-Executive Assistant (must have C-suite and/or Startup experience)

-Comfortable working in the coaching/consulting industries

We are an all-for-one Online Operations Support Agency, with roles ranging from fCOO to VA. We are looking for team members who can help us internally with client work for specific as-needed projects and can be matched with clients through our agency. The majority of our packages range from 20-60 hours/month.
