Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in all stages of litigation, from case inception to trial preparation. Remote position with all equipment provided by the Firm. Bilingual is required, English/Spanish. This position offers competitive compensation based on experience.

Duties:- Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation proceedings- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts for case preparation- Manage case files and maintain documentation for easy retrieval- Assist in trial preparation and attend trials when necessary- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and data entry.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred- Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a law firm setting- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw- Knowledge of patent law, environmental law, or related fields is a plus- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have Skills:- Experience providing executive administrative support in a legal setting- Proficiency in proofreading legal documents for accuracy- Familiarity with data entry processes within a law office environment- Previous exposure to interviewing witnesses or clients for case preparation.
