Role Description

The Graduate Research Assistant will be involved in conducting research, developing, validating and integrating security solutions, data analysis, communicating and supporting knowledge transfers on a day-to-day basis, and writing high-quality research papers.

Qualifications

Master's: Interested candidates must or close to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant fields with a minor in Computer Science (minimum of 5 courses in CS. The full list of courses in CS can be found at https://umanitoba.ca/science/computer-science/course-offerings). Desired expertise include: system and network security, solid background in Operating Systems and coding experience in Machine Learning (e.g., Deep Learning)
