Global financial services/investor relations firm working with Family Offices looking for an entry level Marketing campaigns/Digital Targeting Intern. Exciting opportunity to break into financial industry with great potential for outstanding growth.

Intern’s responsibilities include managing marketing outreach campaign. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act remotely.

Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to Managing Partner.

Responsibilities

Ongoing email outreach campaign
Database management
30 to 60 minutes per day 5 days per week

Requirements

Some work experience
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Some experience in HubSpot or willing to be trained
Some Experience on Crunchbase
Strong work initiative and able to make suggestions
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
High School degree and college course work
