Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at LiveEasy. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for various HR tasks and policies, including HR management, employee benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The role involves working closely with employees and managers to address HR-related issues and providing support in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant field and at least 3 years of human resource experience required; or equivalent work experience.
Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
Experience in HR management and benefits administration
Familiarity with creating and implementing HR policies
Proficiency in HR software and systems
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
Critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Good time-management, planning, and organizational skills
Ability to build and foster strong collaborative relationships
Ability to work independently as well as a strong team player

Responsibilities

Answer day-to-day queries from employees and managers regarding benefits, payroll, policies, procedures, and leave of absence
Administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; productivity, recognition, and morale
Provide coaching to employees, supervisors, and managers to resolve conflicts, enhance team effectiveness, and ensure support of organization changes and business plans
Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance
Be the primary backup for payroll processing
Assist in the evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of the department with established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of the various departments and services performed. Prepare reports and collect data for such.
Maintain employee information in Rippling/HRIS
Develops, organizes, and conducts special events such as recruiting and all-hands meetings
Maintain training records and develop internal training content as required
Other duties as assigned by the executive leadership team
