Job Description: CYR Consulting is seeking a part-time Scrum Master to join our team and support a high-profile client engagement. This role is ideal for a professional with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and a passion for guiding teams to success. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate the Scrum process, coach team members, and ensure the successful delivery of project goals.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and best practices.
Assist in the removal of impediments and foster a productive working environment.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure the backlog is well-groomed and prioritized.
Track and report on team progress and metrics using Agile tools such as Jira.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and agile thinking within the team.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM) is required.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to coach and mentor team members at various levels of Agile maturity.
Proficiency with Agile tools, especially Jira.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework is a plus.
