Senior Project Manager

Make an impact as a Senior Project Manager at SiteTechnology. We are looking for someone to join our expert team of high-performance professionals who are motivated, focused, and ready to hit the ground running.

The Senior Project Manager will play a leading role in driving success with their projects as they work closely with their team in delivering exceptional results. Senior level candidates we consider will need to have a proven track record of success leading implementation efforts successfully from Analysis through Deployment and Operational Support. You will be bringing ideas to the table as well as communicating and cementing relationships with your clients and your team.

You'll join a team of tech-savvy problem solvers with a deep understanding of client needs across various platforms. Embrace the possibilities that technology brings to an evolving business landscape, designing solutions that meet rapidly changing customer preferences, enhance client experiences, and drive growth while optimizing performance.

What you’ll be doing:

Establish and implement internal tools and best practices
Expert knowledge and understanding of Program/Project Management and Software Development approaches (gather requirements, design solution, setup & configure, test & train, document & communicate, deploy & troubleshoot)
Resolve issues and mitigate risk to avoid project blockers and escalations
Work alongside vendors (Microsoft, ISVs and integrations) to improve our service offerings
Ensure our approved implementation strategy is followed for client engagements
Manage client relationships and communicate with C-level executives/sponsors
Create appropriate budget vs. actual reporting for presentation to customers and executive management
Oversee and plan data migration and training delivery
Some travel to client sites may be required.

A little bit about you:

At least 5 years of Project Management Oversight for implementations
Proactive in managing multiple projects and teams of resources concurrently in a fast-paced technology environment
Excellent communication, collaboration and interactive team management skills
Polished, professional, and confident presentation and public speaking skills
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central an asset.
Knowledgeable in ERP Platforms/Technology and business process flows.
Proficient in project management and Microsoft Certification(s) is a plus.
