## Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

## Responsibilities
- Perform data entry to record financial transactions
- Assist in account analysis and reconciliation
- Conduct credit analysis on clients
- Utilize Paychex or similar software for payroll processing
- Follow GAAP principles in all accounting procedures
- Utilize 10 key typing for numerical data entry
- Support double-entry bookkeeping processes
- Assist in general ledger reconciliation

## Requirements
- Previous experience in accounting or related field
- Proficiency in data entry and use of accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles
- Ability to perform general ledger reconciliation
- Familiarity with credit analysis processes
- Experience with Paychex or similar payroll software is a plus
- Proficient in 10 key typing for numerical accuracy

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.57 - $21.53 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
