Responsibilities

Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
Create compelling visual designs, including logos, packaging, advertisements, and marketing materials -
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design needs and requirements -
Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure brand consistency -
Present design concepts and ideas to incorporate feedback into final designs -
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify design opportunities and trends
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
2-4 years of experience in graphic design
Prior experience in CPG a plus
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, design ect.)
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
Portfolio of work
