Role Description

Be part of a dynamic international team and have the opportunity to interact with some of the most influential leaders in the field and work in some of the most exciting and impactful projects being done worldwide. This is a part-time hybrid role for an Executive Administrative Assistant at MISSION BRAIN FOUNDATION. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential information. This role will mostly be remote work with some in-person tasks for some meetings and events. There is also opportunity for travel both national and international.

Qualifications

Strong administrative assistance skills, including calendar management and document preparation
Excellent communication and writing skills
Experience providing executive administrative assistance
Proficient in clerical skills, such as data entry and filing
Familiarity with social media management and in editing platforms

Additionally, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial:

Experience working in a non-profit organization
Experience or familiarity of the healthcare field, global health or multinational organizations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in Spanish a plus
