About the Role:

Adeia is seeking a Senior Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to join our team and elevate

our marketing and design efforts. We are looking for a creative professional who can bring our

brand to life across various digital platforms, physical spaces, and video content while maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, graphic design, and video production, and exceptional writing skills, with a particular focus on the technology sector.

Qualified candidates will be asked to submit a portfolio of writing examples and video

production content.

Position Responsibilities:

Create compelling PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Design and prototype user interfaces and marketing materials using Figma
Develop and maintain responsive websites using Webflow
Craft engaging content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms
Produce illustrations and infographics that simplify complex technological concepts
Create and edit video content for marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and social media
Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for various marketing materials and communications
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meeting deadlines
Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring high-quality outputs
Contribute to the conceptualization and design of in-person technology expos and demos (as needed)

Desired Skills & Experience:

3-5 years of professional experience in marketing and graphic design, preferably in the technology industry
1-3 years of hands-on experience with Webflow development
Exceptional skills in PowerPoint and Figma
Proficiency in video creation and editing software
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for various audiences and platforms
Proven track record of creating engaging social media content, especially for LinkedIn
Strong illustration skills with the ability to convey technical concepts visually
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
Preferred: Experience in the semiconductor, media, entertainment, or gaming industry
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
A plus: Experience conceptualizing and designing for in-person technology expos and demos

Location: Adeia’s global headquarters are in San Jose, California; however, this role can be

100% remote.

The base compensation range is $104-130k in San Jose, California.
