80% of work can be remote optional (we do have a beautiful office space as well).

We’re a clinical therapeutic massage facility specializing in pain management, and we’re on a mission to help and heal. Our Licensed Massage Therapists are nurturing, kind, and wonderful to work with. We ask the same of our management team, and look for a strong presence to support our studio space, clientele and staff.

We're a new play space for parents, caregivers, and our littlest community members (ages 0-4). We offer daily open play for members as well as public classes for littles and grown ups, special events, parent meet ups, and birthday parties.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time

COMPENSATION: $60,000 - $70,000 annually (based on experience)

RESPONSIBILITES

Generate Ideas for Email Campaigns: Develop creative and engaging email marketing campaigns to connect with our audience and drive conversions.
Generate Ideas and Oversee Social Media: IG and Tiktok: Create ideas for our social media platforms to enhance our online presence and engage with our community.
Create and Implement Referral Programs: Design and execute referral programs to incentivize our customers to refer new clients to our business.
Retarget and Segment Audiences: Use data-driven strategies to retarget and segment our audience for more personalized and effective marketing.
Oversee SEO Strategies:Manage and optimize our SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.
Oversee Google Ad Strategies: Plan, implement, and monitor online advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
Create Demand: Develop innovative strategies to create demand for our services.
Capture Demand: Identify and leverage opportunities to capture existing demand in the market.
Nurture Demand: Implement nurturing campaigns to build relationships with potential clients and convert them into loyal customers

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Strategist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of email marketing, social media marketing, and SEO strategies.
Experience with online advertising and retargeting techniques.
Familiarity with Squarespace or similar website platforms.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and strategies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
