We are seeking a freelance/contract graphic designer with technical and/or AV knowledge

(OR strong interest in developing one)

-the projects are centered spcifically AV tech/installations-

This fully remote position but must be US based

*Rate is negotiable for the right candidate but the range per project is $75-200 (more below)

Skills:

- Ability to use "use case" logic for end users - creating visually effective and simple guides

- Proficiency in any design studio of your choice, we are flexible.

- Ability to change design aethetic based on existing client's brand

- Strong visual and written communication skills, language is important with these projects

- Ability to work independently AND as part of a team

- Time management - we do not micromanage

- Strong ability to meet deadlines

Communication is key with this role, we want to add someone to the team that WANTS nice co-workers, we do not have time for folks that do not like to communicate. We have clients and deadlines that cannot be missed. Our team is fun but heads down. We have more work than we can handle right now.

Adoption Specialists - assisting in Technology Integration for ALL TYPES OF BUSINESS including: law firms, restaurants, K-12, govt, data housing, literally if you can name it they could be a client etc etc

We are all fully remote and looking for someone that likes that type of work.

Current Team Facts/Feelings:

ATM - We have an all female team, very positive, very practical very entrepreneurial vibes.

We meet as a group rarely, most of this would be one-on-one communication and independent work.

We take care of each other and want would like to keep it that way :)

Some of our team is in GA, some in NC but the company is NATION WIDE so we can add anyone from any time zone since there is mostly indpendent work with these projects.

What you will be doing:

Quick Reference Guides that instruct users how to use their technology.

Our current team is educators/trainers making graphics and it is past time for us to level up our content and our team with better talent.

These guides are simple, so pay will be per guide. Most of the guides are almost always 1-4 pages and any larger documents would be paid based on your quote. and you will almost always have 2 weeks to complete the projects

When:

We are ready for hire in the next week.

This is not one project, it is imporatnt for us toestablish an ongoing relationship with someone that can hopefully stick stick with us for a while, our workload is only set to increase.
