Opportunity: One of our Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting clients based out in Vancouver, BC is looking for a "Project Coordinator of Customer Delivery" for a fulltime opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Manage risks and issues with cross-functional teams while driving productivity initiatives. Oversee medium-large projects, ensuring compliance and timely delivery, and foster external stakeholder relationships. Lead planning routines, maintain project timelines and risks, and identify opportunities for process improvement and new operations projects.

Skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electrical technology, mechanical or electromechanical engineering, or other relevant professional experience

• Experience with project management for maintenance services of heavy vehicles, preferably transit buses

• PMP certification (asset)

• Proven experience managing teams of 5 members or more

• Minimum of 3 years of direct management experience

• Proven conflict management skills

• Confident and effective decision-maker

• Excellent analytical skills, strong customer focus and a positive attitude are key requirements.

• Independence and resourcefulness. (Energic, ownership)

• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel

• Frequent travel to local customer and company facilities
