The Opportunity:

Our client is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join their team. Since being acquired by a large pub-co, the organization is rapidly growing and requires the support of a consultant to help manage these changes. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are efficiently and accurately uploaded to Amazon. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a fast-growing company and gain experience in data entry and analysis. This position will be remote and focus on supporting our team during our busiest quarter with black Friday and the holiday season approaching.

Be the front line for Amazon and maintain the Amazon seller account for around 1,000 SKUs
Ensure that the digital shelf is accurate and looks good from a customer’s perspective – this will be completed on a mini project basis (ie, 200 SKUs at a time)
Data entry in large spreadsheets including pictures of products, pricing and description – will need to work with other team members such as the Creative Team to get all the content information
Download data/reports from Amazon portal to ensure accuracy of the uploads/SKUs
Download and upload reports every Monday, maintaining consistency on a weekly basis
Follow up on support tickets that the manager logs with Amazon & make sure the ticket is resolved on a timely basis.

Success Criteria & Deliverables:

At 3 Months:

Upload data and products to Amazon
Complete basic data analysis to track progress

What We Need From You:

Intermediate experience with Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
0-5 years of experience in data entry
Experience in other areas related to data entry and analysis
Knowledge of Shopify and Amazon systems
