AJHCS publishes research articles annually and weekly to enhance healthcare programs' governance worldwide, impacting hospital systems, state health departments, nonprofits, insurance companies, pharmaceutical organizations, and biotech firms.

Duration: September 1st - December 25th, with the option to extend through the spring semester

Internship Overview: We are looking for passionate undergraduate and graduate students studying healthcare administration or healthcare services management to join our fall internship program. This internship aims to ensure the success of our interns, with the ultimate goal of helping them attend graduate school, doctoral programs, fellowship programs, or secure jobs in consultancy post-internship.

Responsibilities:

Operations & Procedures: Develop SOPs, onboarding documentation, and impact organizational procedures. Learn how a startup manages finance, staffing, compliance, and content creation. Gain exposure to research and journalism operations, with the potential to publish your own work.
Business Development: Develop business and partnership proposals with expert feedback. Focus on developing new revenue streams and enhancing audience engagement. Learn to evaluate and implement growth opportunities.
Marketing & Design: Develop skills managing social media accounts and marketing projects. Receive expert feedback on presentations and projects. Learn how to establish a cohesive messaging strategy.
