Project Manager Job Description

This role is a highly skilled Business Project Manager who will play a crucial role managing and ensuring the implementation of various client projects and programs. This role requires regular interaction with external clients and all stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and project execution. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-8 years of leading and managing complex global projects involving internal and external clients/stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing multiple projects/programs within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor progress and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities for Project Manager

Determine and define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
Track project costs and progress in order to meet budget and agreed deadlines.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan using Microsoft Project.
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of International Project experience
Minimum 5 years of project management and related experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
Expert with Microsoft project management software and related programming, methodologies, and best practices
Proven ability to solve problems creatively using expert analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
