Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Remote Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and social media support. You'll be responsible for managing schedules, conducting research, organizing files, handling emails, and creating engaging social media content.

This role is perfect for you if:

You're a master of organization and time management.
You're comfortable using various software applications (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, social media platforms).
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You can work independently and take initiative.
(Bonus points) You have experience with video editing software or social media analytics.

What you'll be doing:

Administrative Support:

Manage calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
Research various topics as needed.
Organize and maintain digital files and documents.
Handle email correspondence and manage tasks.

Develop and implement a social media strategy.
Create engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms.
Edit and produce high-quality videos.
Research for articles and blog posts.
Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages.
(Bonus) Utilize social media analytics for insights.
