Overview

Graze Marketing is seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless execution of marketing projects, maintaining high client satisfaction, and optimizing marketing performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and an ability to multi-task to deliver exceptional marketing results.

Job Responsibilities

Project Management: Coordinate with internal team members to ensure all tasks and project milestones are completed and delivered on time.
Client Success: Translate client needs into actionable tasks and follow-ups. Participate in client meetings, capture detailed notes, and coordinate tasks with appropriate team members. Communicate important updates and information with clients.
Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze client marketing performance metrics to identify opportunities for performance improvements and optimization.
Quality Control: Review all content creation (blogs, landing pages, videos, social media, graphics, etc.) to ensure it meets the highest quality standards and aligns with project objectives and client expectations.
Marketing Operations: Monitor and coordinate process and technology improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Attention to detail is a critical qualification.
1-3 years of experience in a marketing-related role.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn new technologies and platforms quickly.
Ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Experience with content creation and quality control.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
