Overview:

The Account Manager is responsible for client retention, growth, and satisfaction of key accounts. They act as the client’s voice internally and focus on delivering top-notch service and win-win outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their inquiries and feedback promptly.
Understand clients’ business objectives and campaign goals to create a comprehensive account plan.
Define measurable digital KPIs and ensure campaign performance aligns with client expectations.
Ensure digital campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and within budget.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet deliverables and timelines.
Identify opportunities to expand services and achieve revenue growth.
Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with clients.
Proactively resolve or escalate potential issues.
