It is building and operating a unique design of multidimensional bridge for mutual better understandings, enhanced value exchange and stronger partnerships between citizens and institutions of the United Kingdom and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Role Description

This is a remote volunteer role as a Project / Programme Management Associate. The role involves supporting projects and programs, ensuring their smooth execution, and contributing to the organization's mission of promoting cultural understanding and cooperation at academic, industrial, scientific and technological areas.

Qualifications

Open-minded, open-hearted personality engaging with individuals from different cultures, disciplines, professionals and industries
Passion for volunteer causes
Passion for bridge-building and peacemaker personality
Agile mindset with understanding of Kanban methodology is a big plus
Previous experience with Atlasian Jira is desirable
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to motivate other volunteers and coordinate works under allocated projects
Ability to work independently and in a team
Experience in project or program management is a plus
Analytical Skills and Program Management
Strong Communication skills
Project Management and Budgeting
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in non-profit organizations or project management
Knowledge of cultural and social dynamics

Other Eligibility Criteria

Must be a citizen or at least permanent resident of the UK or KSA
Must be actually located either in the UK or in KSA.
Due to the nature of some of our projects that will start in the UK and in KSA, eligibility and willingness for SC Clearance is a great nice to have for applicants from each country.
