Key Responsibilities

Support & Learn: Assist the Accounts Payable team with a variety of tasks, providing crucial support while expanding your professional skills.
Invoice Processing: Get involved in processing and coding invoices, a fundamental aspect of the accounting process.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with various departments to track and manage invoices effectively.
Diverse Tasks: Take on other accounts payable projects and miscellaneous tasks, gaining a broad understanding of the field.

Qualifications

Academic Background: Pursuing a major in Accounting or Finance with at least two years of relevant coursework completed. Sophomores or Juniors are preferred.

Team Player: Must be able to work effectively within a team and also be self-driven to accomplish tasks independently.

Excel Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel will be beneficial.
