Role Description:

LinkedField is seeking a part-time/full-time remote Construction Project Manager / Project Engineer to join our talent pool. The ideal candidate will have experience working on construction project teams, setting up and managing submittal and change order pricing logs, and calling/emailing with subcontractors on a daily basis. Strong attention to detail and a determined mindset to continuously provide value to customers. LinkedField has an immediate need for experienced Project Managers / Project Engineers to do change order management.

Qualifications:

Experience working as a Construction PE/PM
5+ years working for a mid-size to large General Contractor
7+ years of experience working in the Construction industry
Excellent knowledge of construction techniques, processes, and best practices
Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, submittals, change order pricing, and construction documents
Ability and willingness to pick up the phone and call subcontractors up to 50 times a day.
You are a creative problem solver.
Experienced with construction project management software and tools such as Procore, Autodesk Build, PlanGrid, Viewpoint, Bluebeam, etc.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage your own schedules
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with GC PM/PE, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
