We are looking for a highly skilled Director of Operations to lead our production and supply chain efforts as we scale rapidly.

Role Overview: The Director of Operations will be responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of our production, supply chain, and operational processes. This role requires a strategic leader who can ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high quality while driving the company’s growth initiatives. The Director of Operations will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and work closely with other senior leaders to achieve our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including production planning, inventory management, and logistics, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Production Oversight: Manage the end-to-end production process, from sourcing materials to final product delivery, ensuring high-quality standards and on-time execution.
Supply Chain Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain, reduce lead times, and minimize costs while maintaining quality and sustainability.
Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to support the company’s rapid growth and ensure reliable operations.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring that contingency plans are in place to address potential disruptions in the supply chain or production processes.
Budgeting & Reporting: Manage operational budgets, monitor KPIs, and provide regular reports on operational performance to senior management.
