The Web Designer will create visually compelling, user-friendly websites while integrating graphic design and branding elements to enhance overall brand identity.

About Gilded Social

GILDED SOCIAL was founded by Scott Friedberg in 2011 while he was a sophomore at Syracuse University. The firm has since grown to support over 75 companies across various industries with marketing and digital signage solutions. Expanding the GILDED brand is a core part of our strategy. In 2019, we opened GILDED CLUB, a speakeasy-style lounge in downtown Syracuse, and in 2021, we partnered with a longtime client to launch CardBreaks.com, an online media property focused on the sports collectibles industry. We’re actively exploring additional brand extensions and acquisition opportunities to expand our reach further.

Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive websites that align with brand guidelines and enhance user experience
Collaborate with developers, graphic designers, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand execution across all digital platforms
Incorporate branding elements and visual identity into web designs while optimizing site performance and user engagement

Skills

Proficiency in web design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch, with experience in graphic design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design principles, and branding
Experience in UX/UI design, web accessibility standards, and visual identity creation
