We are an award-winning beauty tool brand searching for a talented, hard-working, creative individual for the role of Full-Time, In-House Graphic Designer. Based in the South Florida Treasure Coast area (specifically Port St Lucie), this position is NOT remote but offers significant growth for the right candidate. Job Summary for the Graphic Designer

This role involves providing exceptional creative design and top-tier creative materials for our brands’ interactive media and print graphic needs. The position emphasizes support for paid social ads, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns, alongside print graphic design and marketing tools. The successful candidate will handle projects from the ground up, working across multiple brands to deliver quality and innovative designs. Flexibility, willingness to wear multiple hats, and strong communication skills are essential.

Essential Functions of the Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of successful advertising and branding projects, from conceptualizing ideas through production. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Designing and illustrating emails, landing pages, logos, and program assets across multiple platforms (print/digital/social media)

• Creating visually compelling designs specifically tailored for paid social ads, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and drive performance

• Supporting the design and production of digital assets, including online/mobile graphics, emails, and static banner ads

• Developing and executing creative concepts and designs for landing pages that align with marketing objectives and enhance user experience

• Contributing stellar design skills with creative, edgy, and bold concepts for marketing and branding projects with a keen eye for simple, strong design

• Managing creative workflow and providing quality control over your work

• Collaborating with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals, with a focus on paid social, landing pages, and email campaigns

• Communicating directly with retail partners to provide assets based on individual guidelines

Essential Skills and Knowledge of the Graphic Designer

• Strong communication skills and ability to stay on-task through project completion

• A portfolio showcasing a range of project types, particularly web/digital/email/social design, and print

• Proficiency in Figma is required

• Experience designing for paid social ads, landing pages, and email campaigns

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Bridge)

• Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Email marketing skills, including creating email campaigns and flows

• Strong visual sense and originality

• Comfortable working in a Mac environment

• Ability to balance work on several projects at a time, multitask, and meet deadlines

• Good team working, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills

• Understanding of branding, creativity, and presentation development

• Basic knowledge of eCommerce platforms like Shopify (a plus)

• Knowledge of barcode platforms like GS1 (a plus)

• Understanding of web and printing specifications

• 2-3 years of design experience required

• Working knowledge of project management and communication tools such as Clickup, Slack, Trello, etc (a plus)

• Experience in Video Production & Post-Production (a plus)

• UX/UI graphic design for landing pages and product pages

• Photo sizing and optimization for eCommerce sites

• Understanding of site structure, and deployment of design elements for eCommerce sites

• HTML5 animation, banners, GIFs

• Designing email banners and marketing collateral

• Paid media graphic design

Experience:

• Graphic Design: 2+ years (Required)

• Figma: Required
