work x work seeks an experienced Social Content Producer for agency projects with a focus on On Air Fest, our own sound and storytelling festival. The ideal candidate is a digital native with a strong track record for creating compelling visual content, copywriting, video and audio that drives engagement.

This position will kick off with amplifying On Air Fest 2025, beginning in September 2024, leading up to the event (February 18-21, 202525) and potentially extending beyond the event. The role includes strategy, creating partnerships to grow audience and engagement as well as working in concert with our creative, PR and production teams.

Other projects include ideation and execution for our clients in media, lifestyle & tech as well as marketing communications and content for our owned agency channels.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day social content and engagement

Produce video, audio and content types for relevant platforms

Ideate new campaigns, promotions, and themes

Create and schedule social content calendars

Execute organic and paid campaigns (X, Insta, LinkedIn, TikTok)

Weekly reporting with insights and recommendations

Requirements:

2-3 years experience in content creation and social media

Digital agency or in-house agency/media experience preferred

Festival/Conference experience is helpful

Fluency in all major social platforms with a pulse on trends

Excellent communication skills

Availability to work on and off-site

Keen attention to detail

A demonstrable interest in podcasts, culture, media, music and art
