About the Role:

We are hiring an individual contributor to become a core member of Invene’s team. We are a services firm which means you will work on a variety of projects. As such, while our primary specialties are C# and JavaScript, you will use a variety of languages depending on our active projects. Technical Skills:

· 5+ years of professional experience

· Proficient C# Knowledge

· Experience with common .NET frameworks such as ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, LINQ, Razor, and Blazor

· Strong understanding of object-oriented programming

· Understanding of databases and SQL

· Able to quickly learn and pick-up new technologies

Behavioral Skills:

· Able to create simple, well-reasoned presentations

· Able to articulate technical ideas in conversation with non-technical stakeholders

· Present well on-camera, inspiring confidence in our clients

· Respectfully navigate change request conversations with shifting deadlines and priorities

Bonus Technical Skills:

· Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular) and TypeScript

· Experience with mobile (Swift, Kotlin, React Native)

· Experience in data analytics or machine learning

· Experience in large data platforms (Databricks or Snowflake)

· Experience in Microsoft Azure or other comparable platforms such as AWS

· Experience in healthcare technology

Responsibilities:

· Bill at least 40 hours per week to the client when on active projects

· While on the bench, pick up new skills and certifications

· Show up on-time to every internal and external meeting

· Able to accurately estimate, break down tasks, and hit deadlines within 80% reliability.

· Push feature-focused code (smaller commits are usually better)

· For each major release, create simple release notes on how they work to executive stakeholders

· Write clean code with comments that the average developer can understand

· Create external documentation for system designs, interfaces, and APIs

· Test code on all supported browsers and/or mobile screens as required by the project
