Training Paticipants on the concepts of Cyber Security like

Cybersecurity Concepts,
Security Architecture Principles,
Security of Systems, Networks, Applications and Data,
Security Implications Adoption of Evolving Technology,
Linux Essentials for Pentesting,
Networking Essentials for Pentesting,
Network Security, Vulnerability Assessment and Management,
Penetration Testing,
Active Directory Attacking Defending,
Cryptography,
Application Penetration Testing,
Mobile Application Wifi Penetration Testing,
Cloud Security,
Security Operations,
Python for Pentesting, etc.
Designing training programs based on the needs of the organizations.
Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.
Create and maintain a database of training strategies, initiatives, modules, and materials.
Review participants assessments, assignments, performance, and learning
Should be able to handle and devise End to End Training - Course Content Preparation, Material
Preparation, Interview Questions, Mock Interviews, Live Projects Explanation, etc.

Qualifications

Cyber Security, Information Security, and Network Security skills
Experience in developing and delivering training programs
Knowledge of ethical hacking and penetration testing
Strong understanding of security policies, regulations, and compliance
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to mentor and guide individuals in the field of cyber security
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH
Master's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or related field
