Role Description

We consult and broker technology solutions to leading publicly traded companies, internet service providers & enterprises across over 50 countries. This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Assistant at Brander Group Inc. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for daily operational tasks, applying analytical skills to optimize processes, ensuring effective communication within the team, and assisting in operations management and customer service tasks.

Job Functions

Assisting clients with critical account set ups
Working with sales team to gather information for quoting
Using online tools to generate important reports for clients
Helping reconcile payments
