Job Responsibilities:

Accurately enter information into the appropriate databases in a timely manner
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
Maintain confidentiality and secure all information as per company policy

Desired Qualifications:

Proven data entry work experience or similar
Familiarity with MS Office and data programs
Typing speed and accuracy
Basic understanding of databases
High school diploma
