Haugland Group has an immediate need for a Graphic Designer to translate concepts and communicate business ideas and bring them to life for a variety of audiences internal and external.

We are looking for a Graphic Artist who is passionate about visual story telling. Using our newly established brand strategy and visual guidelines, this individual will translate complex messaging simplify and tailor it to a variety of audiences - from external customers to internal stakeholders.

Help bring Infrastructure to life!

KEY FUNCTIONS

Design suite of creative assets and promotional materials, project proposals, digital campaigns presentations and reports
Work on a wide range of projects and media, using varied software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
Implement newly established brand guidelines broadly across the company
Lead creative business development and proposals
Support various departments and their needs for events

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Three or more years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with creative or marketing agency
Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems
Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills, and a strong work ethic

Compensation for this role is 80-90k
