We’ve recently launched a new phone app, Collapse Survivor, which is central to our marketing strategy and a business with huge profit potential. The preparedness industry is exploding in growth, and these are the leading survival community business and App in the industry.

Position Overview:

A hard working, innovative, Marketing Manager to design and execute marketing efforts for both Fortitude Ranch and our new app, Collapse Survivor. This is a hands-on role that requires a strategic mind combined with the ability to execute day-to-day marketing, and some sales tasks. Digital marketing improvements will be much of initial months work. The position is both sales and marketing. If you don’t want to do sales, do not apply. Primary sales work is to sign up preparedness product/service marketing clients that will promote and market via our CS App. Some FR sales work will also occasionally be needed—with sales commissions paid as a bonus for this work. In general, need a determined Marketing Manager that will do work as needed to promote these companies and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to promote Collapse Survivor App (top priority) and Fortitude Ranch (secondary).

Execute email marketing campaigns, manage outreach efforts, and directly engage potential customers.

Lead the development and execution of a TikTok influencer campaign for Collapse Survivor, collaborating with specialized companies as needed.

Improve YouTube Video thumbnails and reads, optimize videos and greatly increase views.

Improve SEO for both company websites.

Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns to drive app downloads and subscriptions.

Educate the market on the benefits of Fortitude Ranch through subtle promotion within the app.

Contact preparedness industry companies and sign them up for marketing service on the CS App (can also offer partnership, promotion from FR and on the FR Website).

Run the monthly FR MailChimp newsletter (8K subscribers), do email, MailChimp campaigns for FR sales (existing prospects), increase FR member sales.

Work independently with, in initial months, likely daily calls with FR and CS CEOs to get guidance, discuss ideas, get fast start, rapid execution and success for projects.

Greatly increase sales and profit of both companies, as rapidly as possible.

What We Offer:

Base salary of $35-70,000/year

This is an independent contractor position--not an employee. Remote work.

Sales Commissions on FR Sales of 5-10% of member down payment (which range from a few thousand to $30K), 10% of CS Marketing Client payments, other sales commissions as agreed

Equity awards (in CS SimWarn and/or Disaster Preparedness LLC), made quarterly, for achieving agreed upon objectives, primarily:

1. CS App downloads and subscriptions

2. CS Marketing client revenues

3. CS and FR website visit increases

4. FR new member sales

Year end Cash Bonus based on both company profitability and work contributions.
