About the internship role…

As an Intern on the Creator Operation and Growth team, you will be at the forefront of helping creators establish their digital storefronts and reach millions of potential shoppers. You'll assist the team in developing strategies to attract and onboard top creators, support creator success on the platform, and contribute to the overall growth of the marketplace. This internship offers a unique opportunity to be a part of the early-stage growth of Plink.bio and learn the ins and outs of the creator-driven marketplace.

Roles and responsibilities…

Assist in creator acquisition efforts, identifying potential creator partners, and managing outreach initiatives
Support onboarding efforts by helping creators set up their storefronts, ensuring they have a seamless experience
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to drive creator engagement and long-term success
Help manage and track creator partnerships, maintaining records to provide clear insights into the creator pipeline
Collaborate with the Creator Strategy team on projects that enhance the creator experience, such as storefront optimizations and marketing strategies
Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and e-commerce strategies to contribute valuable insights

Our ideal intern…

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree
Interest in e-commerce, the creator economy, or digital marketplaces
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A creative problem solver who is eager to contribute to a dynamic startup environment
Excited to learn about the intersection of content creation and e-commerce
