Role Description

We are excited to share that Stachehaus is adding a Director of Creative Partnerships to our team! This is an integral role that will be a key creative partner to both the CEO & COO. This role will be responsible for securing new business partnerships and clientele, acting as liaison between brands and the Stachehaus production crew and producers, and help oversee brand collaborations, events, and social opportunities.

This is a multi-faceted role for a unique individual who is both a Creative and Sales focused leader. The Director of Creative Partnerships will have an understanding in how to secure new business and meet monthly quotas, while also experienced in the nuances, dynamics, and strategies required to execute successful creative partnerships and content productions.

This is a freelance role for someone based in Brooklyn or New York City and who has the ability to meet 1-2 times per week. It will otherwise be a remote position until our office opens Q1 of 2025.

The role will begin freelance and commission based, with the option to move full-time after 3-6 months.

Qualifications

Proven experience in content partnerships, production, and brand strategy
Strong negotiation and sales skills
Excellent project management and organizational abilities
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset
Reliable rolodex of brands, agencies, and industry leaders
Those with 7+ years experience only will be considered
